This northbound train is staying ahead of a morning thunderstorm in Charlestown, Maryland in 1940. This unique coach train traveled from Washington, DC to Maine during the summer months. Using the cars of several railroads, it only carried these colors in the summers of 1940 and 1941. Painted for The Keystone.
